  • How do you work out what nutrition and macros I need?
    Your nutrition is COMPLETELY tailored to you and your goals. It isn't one size fits all! Some of the things I consider before prescribing your Macros are current height and weight, age and physical level eg are you someone that is super into the gym and lifting heavy weights OR are you someone that is quite sedentary that only does light exercise.
  • What should I expect from fortnightly check-ins?
    Fortnightly check-ins with me are the best opportunity to reflect on your efforts and have me keep you accountable and remind you of your goals. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions or be transparent and share how you are feeling in terms of your health journey. Each fortnight I ask my clients to weigh themself and take a progress picture (front,side and back) we also run through a few key questions on how they are feeling during their workouts and how they are feeling mentally (mood and sleep)
  • What’s next after I purchase from your site?
    All orders are manually processed by me. Once I receive your order I will enter your information into the app; you will then receive a confirmation email with a LINK to set up your account. Setting up is an easy step by step process so you are able to just follow the prompts.
  • Will I be eating boring foods?
    My approach to nutrition is totally flexible (80/20 rule). This means you will be eating healthy whole foods 80% of the time and still be able to eat other foods you enjoy. I try to make each meal guide as enjoyable as possible by carefully selecting foods you list in the “check in” form.
  • How long do I have to set up my account once I receive the link?
    You have 24 hours to set up your account. If you do not set up your account within this time the link will expire. If this happens please message me and I will send out a new link.
  • Will my macros change every check in?
    NO, this will depend on your progress and how you are feeling. Your macros do not need to be changed every time. If you are feeling 100% and making progress then there is no need to make changes to your macros
  • Will I have access to the workouts on the app forever?
    Unfortunately, there is an expiry on the challenges. Once you complete the challenge you will be locked out of your account and unable to log back in. If you do decide to commence with another challenge I have the ability to reactivate your profile so you're still able to compare your previous progress photos and measurements. The style of the challenges is similar to a paid subscription.
  • Will I have to eat the same thing the entire challenge?
    Each challenge will include macros and a day guide to follow. Depending on the challenge it will be changed weekly or fortnightly. The key to results is consistency.
  • How does the app work?
    Once you create your account, I suggest you familiarize yourself with the app. Have a look through each tab and all of the features. Your training and nutrition will all be uploaded to your profile. Trainerize is user friendly and is a great way of keeping yourself accountable. I am able to see everything uploaded to your profile eg, steps, food you're eating (if you log it in myfitness pal), completed/missed workouts, measurements. The app also includes a live messenger option to contact me at any time!
